It all began with a stroll through the St. Albert's farmers market, where nostalgia struck. The aromas of food in the air and rows of colourful fruits and veggies that lined the streets brought back fond memories of Asia's bustling markets. Fresh Grilled skewers and hot, tasty bowls of noodles inspired a vision to bring the delicacies of Vietnamese cuisine back to the market.

 

The Lemon Grass Grill Pop-up hawker stall became a regular lunch staple and after a successful year, went mobile bringing its traditional savoury flavours of Vietnamese street eats to every event.
